Class description |
| Mysore Style: The traditional way of learning Ashtanga Yoga. Each student works at their own pace receiving individual instructions with hands on adjustments. All levels welcome. |
| Level 1 if you are new to ashtanga. |
| Level 2 if you remember the sequence by yourself and practicing up to mariychasana a. |
| Level 3 if you have a regular ashtanga practice and know the sequence with the correct vinyasa. |
| The teacher informs where to stop in the sequence. |
| Meditation: Guided meditation free of charge. |

| Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class |
| Do not eat or drink at least an hour prior the class, you should practice yoga on an empty stomach. |
| We supply yoga mats but we recommend you to practice on your own private yoga mat, for health reasons. |
| Please let us know before class if injured, sick or pregnant for more advice. |
